Philosophy
I base my relationship with every client, and couple, on the certainty that when challenges occur, something better is trying to reveal itself. So rather than go down or lose hope, it's actually the best time to give it your all.
It may be hard to believe, but whatever difficulty you might be facing, it's actually a good sign. You must be ready to break free of some type of fear or pattern that is limiting you from reaching your potential—and this pain or stress may very well be the wake up call you need.
A Counselor for Soul Searchers
In my experience, counseling works because constant growth works. Willingness to change is the best way to take control over your own happiness. Is it easy? No. Is it simple? Yes—once you begin to understand some basic universal principles, are willing to be honest with yourself and then take simple actions to transform. As a soul searcher myself, I can only help you risk and trust the process of change to the extent that I am personally willing to do so. I can say from experience that when you have a true desire to change and an open mind for new concepts about life, relationships, and yourself, results that feel miraculous can and will happen.
It can be terrifying to be honest with ourselves, to be vulnerable, to stop blaming or looking outside of ourselves and change. But I say with conviction that the effort and personal responsibility required to peel away the layers to reveal your true self ... it's a small price to pay for the fulfillment, purpose and peace that you are meant to have.
