I am a licensed professional counselor in St. Louis, Missouri with a doctorate in counseling and masters in psychology.
Through my private practice, writing, public speaking, and interviews, my goal is to reach as many people as possible, and to awaken their potential to receive all the good life has to offer.
I am a relationship specialist, helping couples heal and enrich their bond, and use their conflict (and sometimes crises) as a springboard for becoming closer to their true selves and each other. I also meet with individuals one-on-one to overcome fears and insecurities, connect to spirituality, and awaken their inherent power and purpose.
